Start your rather successful outing from Delhi. You will be reaching Mussoorie from Delhi via road. For lunchtime, you will stop at the dhabas that can be found en route. These dhabas will offer lip-smacking food. Upon arrival in Mussoorie, check in at the hotel. You can spend the rest of your day as you please, at leisure.
The next day will begin with excursions to different destinations of Mussoorie. These include Kempty Falls, Gun Hill, Camel Back Road and Lal Tibba. In the evening, you are welcome to stroll down Mall Road.
Kempty Falls: Kempty Falls, stationed at a height of about 4500 ft (1372 m), is a lush natural retreat to the north of Mussoorie. One can engage in nature bathing in the ‘Nature’s Big Bath’ here. Also, activities like cable car rides with a 360-degree view of Mussoorie are a fair deal.
Gun Hill: This is the second-highest peak of Mussoorie, located about 400 feet from sea level. It can be reached through a cable car ropeway. One can spot the iconic Himalayan ranges of Srikantha, Pithwara, Gangotri, and Bandarpunch from here.
Camel’s Back Road: This spot offers a calm and serene walk on a three km-long road. It is called Camel’s Back due to the presence of rocks that are shaped like camel’s humps. This road extends from the Library Point and goes up to Kulri Bazaar.
Lal Tibba: Lal Tibba is Musoorie's highest point at above 8000 m above sea level, ideal for sunrise and sunset views with camping facilities for the Indian Military Services along with All-India Radio and Doordarshan.
Mall Road: Located at an altitude of 2,000 m above sea level: extending from Picture Palace to Library Point. It is one of the most happening shopping centres of Mussoorie, where you can find collectables, handicrafts, and artefacts.
This day will begin with a visit to Dhanaulti. Here, you will witness the ancient shrine of Surkanda Devi. Also, a day of leisure is accounted for. You can stroll through the views of snow-capped peaks, glowing valleys, and captivating atmospheres. Return to Mussoorie for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Dhanaulti: It is a beautiful hill station on the Mussoorie-Chamba route. Here, you can witness spots like Surkanda Devi Temple, Dhanaulti Adventure Park, and Eco Park. The entire surroundings will be covered with forests of deodar, oak, and rhododendron. Dhanaulti also houses the Aloo Khet and Apple Orchard Resort.
End your perfect trip with a hearty breakfast and check out from your hotel. Then, travel back to Delhi via road. Your tour package will come to an end upon arrival in Delhi. A short and sweet trip indeed!
