Pick up from Guwahati airport at 4 oclock to Landmark hotel with a Sumo car. Evening visit the Shankardev Kalashetra (12kms/ 45mihs)-a culture center with a fine disposition of the life and culture of the people of Assam. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Hotel your Hotel(300kms/4hrs). After lunch out for Jeep safari. Evening for your entertainment, wecan arrange for a 1hr cultural show (Bihu/jhumur dance).Overnight in the hotel.
Early morning wake call to move for Elephant Ride , 1st ride at 05.30hr to 06.30hr/2nd ride at 06.30hr to 07.30hr) You can select any option as per your convenient. After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Shillong (400kms /6hrs) which is capital of Meghalaya- the abode of clouds.. You can have a midway halt at Nongpoh to stretch your legs, for tea / coffee, snacks, fruits or food. There are some good restaurants immediately after you cross Nongpoh market area - L.C. Woodlands, Broadway Restaurant, and Sweet Day Restaurant. Check in to your hotel. In the evening visit the local market and the lake in Shillong. Overnight at hotel
After breakfast at the hotel full day trip to Cherrapunjee (56kms/2hrs) – this is a very scenic drive enabling one to see the cloud covered hills and the deep gorges.At Cherrapunjee visit the limestone caves and the waterfalls. After lunch, return to Shillong, reaching back by the evening. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast drive to Mawlynnong (Asia cleanest village) also you will able to see bridge made of live roots. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast drive to Mawsynram (56 Kms from Shillong) it is known for the Giant Stalagmite formation shaped into a "Shivalinga" and found inside a cave known locally as 'Mawjymbuin'. A unique geological formation called "Symper Rock While coming back you can visit Shillong Peak (10Km from the city), Elephant falls and the museum. After lunch depart for guwahati and reach in the evening. Over night at the hotel in Guwahati.
After breakfast visit KAMAKHYA TEMPLE on the Nilachal hills. (10km/30mnts).It is suggested that a special entry pass for the temple is obtained prior to the visit to avoid waiting time. After the puja, while coming back you can also visit UMANANDA TEMPLE on the PEACOCK Island known as the smallest river island on earth. In the evening Enjoy Enticing River Cruise on ALFRESCO (Northeast first AC luxury river vessel).Overnight at hotel.
