Breakfast at Hotel Check out & drive to Thekkady. Upon arrival check in hotel. Afternoon visit Periyar wildlife Sanctuary - A wild life reserve hence is an ideal place to track down wild life such as Elephants, Bison, Deer and numerous other varieties of birds. Enjoy a boating experience in Periyar Lake at own cost - One can see the wild animals along the gringe of the lake foraging, bathing, drinking and resting. It would be a greater fun if one is lucky enough to see the elephants playing with their babies in the lake. Breakfast at hotel Check out & drive through the pepper & cardamom plantations nearby. Later continue your drive downhill the winding roads to reach the famous backwater destination Alleppey.
