One healthy breakfast later, the tour hits the waters, to take us somewhere for more sightseeing. All boarded up on a boat, we advance toward the uninhabited Bangaram and Thinnakara. The sight of dolphins and turtles hurrying about in the ocean below you as you journey towards these islands is worth the price of admission on its own. The trip is said to take about an hour and a half, but with your aquatic friends for company, the time will pass by in a flash. Far as the eye can see, you’ll see the unfathomable Arabian Sea, till it seemingly touches the edge of the Earth. Surveying the radiant corals that are found in Bangaram atoll’s pristine waters, as you’re plunked down underneath a palm tree, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better spot for lunch ever again. Despite the spellbinding visions of nature on display here, we do have to head back to Agatti Island for an overnight stay.

The day begins with breakfast, and depending on how you wish to spend the following few hours, you may wish to make it heavier or lighter than usual. On the one hand, since you’re on vacation, you may choose to idle on the beach, maybe explore a corner of Agatti Island you haven’t seen yet, while on the other hand, you could take your pick of the myriad of water sports that we’ll have on hand. Each of these activities offers an experience that is different from the others. After a conclusive breakfast, a car will pick you up from your coastal abode and drop you off at Agatti Airport. The journey ends as you fly away from here, knowing that your life is better off, richer, having witnessed the wonders of Lakshadweep in person.
